This is a very interesting video clip and worth a quick look.
I don’t know that I buy in to the idea of a post-scarcity economy. Even if we do somehow achieve unlimited natural (or synthetic) resources along with the corresponding means of production, scarcity will manifest itself in different ways. Maybe we’re headed for a world where scarcity takes on a different form: scarcity of ideas, inspiration, and insight or the scarcity of time required to give form to the abundance of ideas waiting to take shape.
